Inspect & identify
We walk every room with you, note carpet type and condition, and flag stains that need special treatment.
Pre-treat
We apply the right pre-treatment for your fiber and soil load. It sits long enough to actually do its job.
Hot-water extract
Truck-mounted steam at 220°F lifts soil from deep in the pile. The truck stays running — the dirty water never goes back down your drain.
Groom & protect
Carpet-rake finish, optional protectant, and a walk-through with the homeowner. Dry to the touch in 4–6 hours.
